When scanned by people interested in the offer on the coupon, a link to a unique rewards copy of our website Contact Page will popup.  They click and a unique rewards copy of our Contact Form on website is presented for the referral to complete with their information for scheduling a Deluxe Portrait Session.  On the form, they must also type in name of the referral which provides another tracking verification to ensure credit to the rewards member. They type in the name in order to receive the special promotion offer.

When they pay for session, your rewards of $15 credit is recorded in your Portrait Club rewards account.  You may apply as credit towards your next Do-It-Yourself Portrait session or purchase of photographic prints.
